BlockFin Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) provides financial services through its subsidiary, Target Capital Management Limited (“TCM”), which is licensed to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”).

TCM works with the leading private banks and financial institutions acting as their external asset managers to provide high net worth clients with the external asset management services. Meanwhile, the Group also acts as the fund managers or general partners of certain offshore private equity funds and their investment advisers as well as investment portfolio advisory services in pursuit of the achievement of long term growth of net asset value gain for clients. In addition, TCM was admitted as a CCASS participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2019 to provide clients with a full range of securities brokerage services, including securities margin financing, underwriting, placing services and securities dealing.

The Group through TCM provides the diversified and comprehensive financial services to its valuable clients, the financial services associated with the extensive investment experiences of its senior management and their business and client networks which further promotes the continued development of the financial services business, in order to broaden the Group’s income stream and maximize the returns for the shareholders of the Company.
